About AQUERIE & these terms
These terms apply to consumer purchases through aquerie.com. Your seller is Tsz Ho Limited, trading as AQUERIE. See Seller & business details for how to reach us. Shopify provides our ecommerce platform; purchases are made with the seller, not Shopify.

Placing an order
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to place an order. Check your products, quantities, delivery address, purchase option and total before submitting payment. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total shown at checkout.
Your order is an offer to buy the selected goods. We accept it when we send your order-confirmation email, at which point a contract is formed for the goods listed in that confirmation. An on-screen checkout acknowledgement or payment authorisation alone is not acceptance. A dispatch email then confirms that the goods are on their way.
If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and refund any amount already collected for it without undue delay. If an item becomes unavailable after acceptance, we will contact you to agree an alternative or refund the unavailable goods; we will not substitute a product without your agreement.
If we identify a pricing or description error before acceptance, we will explain it and let you choose whether to proceed on corrected terms or cancel. We will not impose a higher price after a contract has been formed. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Prices & payment
Prices and payments are in pounds sterling unless checkout clearly states otherwise. The total payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, is shown before you place the order.
Payments are handled through Shopify Payments using the methods offered at checkout. You authorise payment of the displayed total using your selected method. Any payment authentication or approval required by that method must be completed. Please do not email us full payment-card details.
Standard delivery costs £3.99 and express delivery costs £6.99. Standard delivery is free when the product subtotal is £89 or more after discounts. AQUERIE pays import charges. See Shipping & delivery.
A later change to an advertised price does not change the price of an accepted one-time order. Recurring charges, discounts and changes to a subscription are governed by Subscriptions & cancellation. Refunds follow Returns & refunds.
Products & product information
Products must match their description and meet applicable standards of quality and fitness for purpose. Screen settings can affect how colours appear, but this does not remove those obligations.
Follow the supplied installation, compatibility, use and maintenance instructions. Cartridge lifespan depends on usage and water conditions; any stated performance claim must be supported by the evidence and conditions accompanying it.
Delivery, cancellation & returns
Shipping & delivery sets out delivery arrangements. For deliveries we arrange, goods remain at our risk until physical possession passes to you or your nominated recipient.
Returns & refunds explains cancellation, faulty goods, reimbursement and any additional warranty. You do not lose statutory rights because an item is discounted or a voluntary warranty expires.

Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or breach of mandatory consumer rights.
Products are offered for private consumer use. Any limitation relevant to business losses must not remove protections that apply to you as a consumer.
Using the website
Use the site lawfully and do not misuse accounts, interfere with security or submit material that infringes others’ rights. Keep account access details secure and tell us if you suspect misuse.
AQUERIE and its licensors retain rights in the store’s branding and original content. Nothing here prevents lawful uses permitted by applicable law. Links to third-party sites are governed by those sites’ terms and privacy practices.
Questions, complaints & disputes
Contact Support@aquerie.com or write to Tsz Ho Limited at 18 Oldham Road, Failsworth, Manchester, M35 0JE, United Kingdom, with your order number and a description of your concern. We will investigate and explain the proposed resolution.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protection available under the law of the part of the United Kingdom where you live. You can bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law, including your home courts where that right applies.
If a complaint cannot be resolved, we will provide information about an appropriate alternative dispute resolution provider and whether we are required or willing to use it, where the law requires us to do so.
Changes to these terms
The terms supplied with your order govern that purchase. We may update terms for future purchases. Changes to an ongoing subscription must follow the applicable law and the notice and cancellation arrangements agreed with you.
