Depending on your interaction with us, we process contact and delivery details, order and transaction information, customer-account information, support correspondence, and device or usage information. Payment providers process payment details; do not email us your full card information.
For a water-report request, this may include the postcode, contact details and answers you choose to provide. We receive information directly from you, from the store and its technologies, and from providers helping us process orders and operate the service.
Why we use it
Orders, delivery & subscriptions
We use contact, order and transaction details to fulfil your purchase, take payment, deliver products, administer subscriptions and provide related support. The lawful basis is performance of our contract with you, or steps you request before entering a contract.
Enquiries & requested water reports
We use the information you provide to answer you and supply a requested report. Our legitimate interest is providing the service you asked for and responding to customers. Receiving a report does not by itself mean you agree to unrelated marketing.

How long we keep information

Orders & accounting
For the time required to fulfil the purchase, administer returns and warranties, meet applicable accounting and tax record requirements, and handle legal claims within the relevant limitation periods.
Accounts & subscriptions
While the account or subscription remains active and afterwards only to the extent needed for outstanding orders, legal records, security or disputes. Closing an account does not require deletion of records we must lawfully retain.
Enquiries & water reports
Until the request and related follow-up are complete, with further retention only where reasonably needed to resolve an outstanding issue or establish, exercise or defend a claim.
Marketing preferences
Until you unsubscribe or the information is no longer needed for the marketing relationship. We may retain a minimal suppression record to honour an opt-out without continuing marketing.
Technical & usage data
For the period needed for the relevant security, measurement or preference purpose, taking account of technology expiry and provider settings. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
