How long does delivery take, and how much is shipping?

Standard UK delivery arrives within seven to twelve business days at £4.99. Express UK delivery arrives within three to five business days at £12.99. Shipping is completely free on UK orders over £89. International shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

What is your return and refund policy?

Thirty days from delivery, on items in their original packaging and unused. Email Support@Aquerie.com with your order number and we will respond within one business day with return instructions.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We cover return shipping on anything that needs replacing. Email Support@Aquerie.com with your order number and a photo of the damage and we will sort it immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account makes reorders, returns, and tracking easier.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking link by email the moment your AQUERIE Rituel ships. If you haven't received tracking within three business days of placing your order, email Support@Aquerie.com with your order number and we will look into it straight away.
